S-Corp & Partnership Returns

S-corps (1120-S) & partnerships (1065)

Calendar-year pass-through returns are due — or file an extension (Form 7004).

Tax Day

Individuals & C-corps

Individual returns (1040), C-corp returns (1120), Q1 estimates, and IRA/HSA contributions for the prior year.

Second-quarter estimated tax payment.
